Forget the main course because when you’re making a side dish as delicious as these Roasted Asparagus with Thyme, everyone’s gonna forget all about the main dish! This is one side dish that takes center stage.
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh minced thyme or 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Place asparagus in a roasting pan or baking pan lined with heavy duty foil.
- Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
- Bake, uncovered at 425′ for 10-15 min or until crisp-tender.
