Spring into brunch season with a light, fruity Sparkling Lavender Orange Mimosa! Made with fresh orange juice, lavender syrup and sparkling wine or champagne….your brunch season is off to a bubbly start before the last snowman has even melted! Cheers!!!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ounce Lavender Syrup
- 4 ounces orange juice
- 4 ounces champagne or sparking wine, or sparkling water for a non-alcoholic version!
Directions:
- Add the Lavender Syrup to a champagne flute or coupe.
- Stir in the orange juice.
- Slowly add the champagne to the glass. Garnish with orange slices and lavender, if desired.
- Serve immediately
